Job SummaryTo support the Store Manager with executing the store strategy, leading and developing a team of Customer Advisors to drive sales and high standards of customer service using the prescribed customer sales model. You will be a member of the team with excellent skills in operational governance. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to create a high-performing team by coaching and empowering others to fulfill operational requirements and achieve their performance targets.
