Support with training will be provided to assist.Qualifications & experienceExperience/Specialist with Ubiquiti Hardware. Specifically across the latest additions to the Ubiquiti hardware family.Specialist knowledge of Sophos XG Firewall and End Point security with a proven track record of successful installations. Sophos Certification is essential.Specialist in Office365 and Entra for integration with both Ubiquiti and Sophos deployments.Experience with implementing SharePoint solutions across client sites.Solid networking experience, especially with home users accessing the office network.Professional attitude and clear communication.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.Experience with rolling out O365, or supporting O365.Tasks & responsibilitiesDeploy new IT networks, with a focus on security and integration with Entra / AD.Fine-tuning of networks to ensure absolute security and integration with B2B, ensuring only essential access is deployed.Specialist knowledge of Ubiquiti hardware (Specifically the new DreamWall and XG, as well as the UI protect and UI access products).Specialist knowledge of Sophos XG firewall deployments for larger customers, with the integration of XG to XDR deployments.Must be able to take ownership of deployments.Please note:The successful candidate must be a team player, and be able to transfer knowledge to other team members, and be receptive to feedback so we can grow as a team.All applications should be accompanied by a cover letter, with clear communication of how you meet these requirements.Any successful candidate will need to obtain a police clearance certificate (this cost will be covered).Summary of role requirements:Flexible hours available2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this roleWorking rights required for this roleExpected salary: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + superannuation
Responsibilities:
• Deliver high quality one-to-one customer engagements remotely and in-person to build high quality technical relationships within customers and understand their use of our solutions.
• Demonstrate the value of customers' existing solutions and ensure their success and ongoing usage of the products.
• Build expertise in Kaseya software modules and conduct in depth Technical Account Reviews to highlight usage opportunity and identify any obstacles.
• Position and sell professional services and training to customers to ensure they remain engaged, and their techs can best use our products.
• Use CRM applications to successfully manage tasks and events to manage opportunities and accounts.
• Create opportunity and interest for additional modules for Account Managers to drive to closure.
• Share new product features and enhancements, deliver best practice adherence guidelines, and provide knowledge transfer as appropriate.
• Continually keep abreast of new technologies via assigned training, ongoing hands-on learning, and ad-hoc additional skill enhancement programs.Qualifications:
• 3-5 years in a customer facing technical role.
• Knowledge of Service Desk and/or Professional Services Automation (PSA) tools systems such as Autotask, Kaseya BMS or ConnectWise.
• Knowledge of Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) tools such as Kaseya VSA, Datto RMM and other Kaseya Management and Security solutions is a plus.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Technology and Microsoft 365 in a business environment.
• Good understanding of networking technology sales experience is a plus.
• Enterprise level software implementation and consulting experience.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Energetic team player with exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication (written and verbal) skills.
• A highly professional, self-motivated individual that demonstrates high standards of ethical conduct.
• Exceptional understanding of the IT services marketplace and fundamental selling and negotiation/closing skills.
• Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities and leverage appropriately.
• Demonstrated knowledge of network and desktop management solutions.
• College or technical degree preferred.
• Well spoken & understanding of English.
• Other language skills as a preference.
• Annual salary range of 90,000 to 100,000 plus super
