It is a very exciting time at The Kids Research Institute Australia as we continue to evolve from what began in the 1980's as a vision to create a world-class child health research hub. We have recently changed our name from the Telethon Kids Institute, but we continue to achieve our vision of happy, healthy kids!
Inklings is an evidence-based program and resources designed to support the social and communication development of 6 – 18-month-olds. Inklings has been developed by early childhood researchers and practitioners and includes programs, training and resources for parents and caregivers and health professionals. Inklings upskills caregivers to understand and interact with babies in a way that enhances communication and social interaction to help them thrive.
The Opportunity
The ideal candidate is passionate about product development and training, has excellent project management skills and thrives in a collaborative environment.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
Develop, maintain and implement systems and processes to manage the certification of practitioners, trainees and trainers. Support trainers in creating and updating training materials, including manuals, slide decks and online content. Facilitate product launch preparations, including documentation, marketing materials and training for key stakeholders. Maintain a library of training materials and product documentation, ensuring materials are current, accessible and aligned with product updates. Track and measure key performance indicators related to training and product development to drive process improvements. This is a 2 year role in the first instance with the possibility of permanency.
About You
The key to your success will be your demonstrated experience in the following:
Qualifications or experience in Business, Education, Product Development, or related field. 2+ years of experience in training coordination, product development or a related field. Strong project management and organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in MS Office, project management tools, and learning management systems (LMS). Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and use it to improve processes and outcomes. Knowledge and understanding of learning management systems and web delivery tools.
