The Opportunity
We are looking for driven telephone sales people with outstanding relationship building skills to join our friendly teams.
You will love speaking to our new and existing customers, identifying growth opportunities and assisting our valued customers with getting the best possible results from their advertising campaigns.
This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in sales and media and have a heap of fun along the way with a great team.

The role itself is a blend of inbound calls, supporting the office front counter and strategic outbound calling primarily to existing and lapsed customers:
Meeting customer's advertising needs across our extensive portfolio of print and digital programs Upselling and cross-selling our various solutions to existing and new customers Develop strong relationships and provide appropriate support that will continue to delight our valued customers and grow ACM revenue Onboarding program to give you the tools to succeed and exceed expectations The successful candidate will have:
Ability to follow an effective sales process and maximise cross-selling opportunities across both our print and digital portfolios A results-driven attitude with an ability to work well in a team Passion for sales and customer service Excellent verbal and written communication and strong computer literacy Highly organised with an ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously Life at ACM
