About the Role
In this role, you will be part of our Telesales team located inside Mantra on View in Surfers Paradise.
You'll be responsible for selling exciting 2-night holidays.
Whilst on holiday, your guest will have the opportunity to discover the benefits of Accor Vacation Club.
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers (approximately 85% of the time).
Receive inbound calls from customers who require further information or would like to book in for a holiday (approximately 15% of the time).
Connect and build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
Understand our vacation packages and travel services to effectively communicate their value and benefits to clients.
Skills and Experience
A positive attitude, determination, and results-driven approach.
You are resilient and a go-getter with a knack for sales.
A genuine passion for customer service and the travel industry.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills.
Previous experience in telesales, customer service, or a similar role is beneficial.
