Telephone Operator - Kent Street, Sydney We have an exciting opportunity for a Telephone Operator to join our award-winning, vibrant and passionate team at Meriton Suites Kent Street.

As a Telephone Operator, you will provide highly polished customer service, have impeccable listening and multitasking skills, the ability to solve problems, and a genuine desire to ensure the best outcome for our guests.

Your key responsibilities
Answer incoming calls from both in-house and external guests. Log and follow up on guests' requests with the appropriate departments. Direct calls to guest rooms, departments, or key stakeholders of the business. Place outgoing calls when required. Provide information about hotel services to guests. Know what action to take when an emergency call is required. Effectively communicate and liaise with associates on all levels, understanding the importance of teamwork within hotel operations.
