Your opportunity: As our valued Telephone Account Management Team Leader, you will play a vital role in developing sales initiatives and supporting a team of Telephone Account Managers to grow and succeed. You'll draw on your proven leadership experience to help create an environment in which the team can fulfil their career potential.
You'll make impact by: Creating an environment in which the team can fulfil their performance and career potential.Being responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and training new and existing team members.Monitoring, managing and reporting on KPI's, trends and insights, and producing insights and recommendations for business decisions and continuous improvements.Being responsible for initiatives including developing sales strategies, driving team culture, and adhering to Salesforce management tasks and responsibilities.Defining and implementing priority initiatives to drive sales results.What you'll bring: Strong leadership with proven ability to encourage and influence positive performance results and behaviours of team members.The ability to coach and motivate individuals for continuous improvement experienced in using a "business solutions" type approach, utilising TPG's product and services to identify customer needs and sell into applicable market sectors.Able to creatively position TPG as an innovative, flexible, and responsive service provider.Proven cultivator and 'closer' of sales opportunities at the Business organisation level.Ideally, you will also have: Excellent communication & presentation skills.What's in it for you?
