Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls efficiently and professionally. Engage with potential and existing customers to promote our client's products and services. Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive relationship with clients. Accurately update customer information and sales records in our CRM system. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve processes. Qualifications:
Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred. Strong communication and persuasion skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
