Unparalleled, unlimited supervision and supportWe pride ourselves on the high level of supervision and support we provide our employees. During your onboarding period, you will have access to daily supervision as you find your feet. You will receive regular operational supervision from your team leader and clinical supervision is available to you via Slack for quick questions, or by booking a supervision session with an experienced clinician.
We set you up for successYou will receive a laptop and a resource box with all the therapy materials and toys you need. Our annual home office allowance allows you to set up your space just how you like it, and a data allowance is paid to cover your internet access. Our internal systems have ENDLESS therapy resources and paid subscriptions and we teach you how to be a telehealth Queen! You will also feel super connected to the rest of the team through all our social virtual (and in-person) catch-ups.
Professional DevelopmentYou have an annual professional development budget and paid days to attend the PD. Your team leader will work with you to design a bespoke learning plan that will be a mix of external and internal PD. Our in-house PD library has over 50 hours of videos! You will attend our virtual training days and in-person annual retreat (all expenses paid!).
Bonuses are available to Speechies who exceed their clinical hours for the month - you've done the hard work and you deserve to be rewarded!

A day in the life of a Speechie at Pop: You will hop on your laptop (provided to you by Pop) and conduct your therapy sessions with the clients that you have scheduled for the day (using the tools in the big resource box you are provided by us, as well as the endless online resources we have available).In between seeing these clients, you may:Have a team meeting with an in-serviceDo your note taking and preparing for your future sessionsHave a virtual lunch/activity with your micro-teamHave a supervision session with one of our amazing clinical supervisorsWho are you?
