Job Description: Conducting surveys for line-of-sight assessments.Ensuring tasks meet high-quality standards and comply with SLAs.Inspecting completed work and overseeing operations to ensure alignment with design, equipment specs, and safety standards.Maintaining company vehicles, test equipment, tools, and PPE in optimal condition.Supporting a team of Technicians/Riggers for efficient and high-quality installation or maintenance activities.Providing comprehensive support for installation, maintenance, and repair of customer Telecommunications equipment and systems.Handling installations and maintenance for Radio Network systems.Managing installation and upkeep for Mobile Data Networks, broadcast, radio, cellular, Wi-Fi, and digital networks. About You: Industry Construction White Card certification.Valid Australian manual vehicle Driver's Licence.Previous experience in installing and/or supporting Huawei, Nokia, and Ericsson RBS, WCDMA/LTE (preferred).Proficiency in installing and maintaining antenna and feeder cables on monopoles, rooftops, and towers.Fundamental knowledge of transmission systems, including PDH, SDH, DWDM, ATM, and packet-switched networks.Dedication to adhering to safe work practices consistently.Prior experience within the telecommunications sector.A degree or diploma in telecommunications or electrical engineering is highly valued.Possession or willingness to obtain a Telecommunications Cabling Licence with a fibre endorsement is highly advantageous.
