We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Telecommunications Network Planner to join our dynamic team.
This role is crucial in supporting our operations by ensuring the effective planning and development of our internal and external telecommunications network infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
· Plan and develop customer access telecommunications network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
· Conduct site surveys and feasibility studies to assess and recommend network solutions.
· Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors to design and implement telecommunications networks.
· Prepare detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimates.
· Monitor and manage the progress of network projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
· Identify and resolve any issues or challenges related to network planning and implementation.
· Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in telecommunications.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of network plans, designs, and project progress.
· Provide technical support and guidance to other departments and stakeholders as needed.
Qualifications and Experience:
· Degree, Advanced Diploma, or Diploma in Telecommunications Network Engineering.
· Minimum of 1 year of experience in telecommunications network planning or a similar role.
· Strong understanding of telecommunications networks, including design, implementation, and maintenance.
· Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in telecommunications network planning.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
