These projects involve working with various carriers across mobile and broadcast initiatives throughout Australia!Telecommunication Rigger Responsibilities:Upgrading and modifying existing wireless telecommunications sites, including mobile and broadcast systems.Performing work at heights and installing mobile/broadcast antenna systems, Remote Radio Units (RRUs), feeders, and Microwave Links.Installing and erecting steelwork, monopoles, towers, etc., as required.Conducting PIM testing, sweep testing, distance to fault analysis, terminating feeders, bird-proofing, and waterproofing connectors.Installing and maintaining antenna and feeder cables on monopoles and towers.Checking, maintaining, and operating equipment in compliance with safety, efficiency, and calibration procedures.Undertaking rigging and general tasks as assigned by the company, including site constructibility inspections that may involve identifying gaps and scope changes.Requirements:Proven experience as a TELECOMMUNICATIONS rigger.Possession of a current Certificate in Rigging (Basic minimum).Familiarity with earthing requirements.Working at heights certification and Tower Rescue certification, with the ability to comfortably operate at heights regularly (e.g., climbing up to 80 meters).Previous climbing experience is essential.Solid knowledge of telecommunication rigging techniques and adherence to best practices.RadHaz EME Awareness.MR or HR License preferred.MUST HAVE: Certificate III, IV, or an Associate Diploma in Telecommunications or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Proven track record in planning, installing, and commissioning communication projects.Comprehensive understanding of mobile communications, broadband, broadcasting, and general communications applications.Hands-on experience with the installation, integration, testing, and commissioning of communications systems.Basic or Intermediate Rigger Qualifications.In-depth knowledge of rigging techniques relevant to communications construction.Excellent communication skills.Physical fitness to meet Fit to Climb Medical standards.Relevant compliance certifications, including but not limited to: Driver's LicenceConstruction White CardFirst Aid and CPR CertificationRF AwarenessCurrent High-Risk LicenceWorking at HeightsAll candidates must hold full working rights in Australia.If you are interested in these roles or have any further questions PLEASE don't hesitate to contact Courtney on .#J-18808-Ljbffr
