About the company: Monorays Pty Ltd is a leading telecommunications company dedicated to providing innovative solutions to our clients.With a commitment to excellence, we specialize in delivering cutting-edge telecommunications services and infrastructure.As we expand our team, we are looking for a skilled Telecommunications Linesworker to contribute to the success of our projects.Responsibilities: Installation and Maintenance: Install, repair, and maintain telecommunications lines, cables, and associated equipment.Ensure the integrity and reliability of the telecommunications infrastructure.Infrastructure Upgrades: Collaborate with engineering teams to plan and execute telecommunications infrastructure upgrades.Implement new technologies to enhance overall network efficiency.Troubleshooting and Repairs: Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to telecommunications lines and equipment.Execute timely repairs to minimize downtime and ensure uninterrupted service.Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines during all installations and maintenance activities.Participate in safety training programs to maintain a secure working environment.Qualifications: Proven experience as a Telecommunications Lines worker or similar role.Knowledge of telecommunications infrastructure, including fiber optics and copper lines.Familiarity with industry-standard tools and equipment.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.How to apply:   The ideal candidate will hold a relevant degree level qualification and 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.To apply, suitably qualified applicants are invited to send through a CV outlining qualifications and experience.Note:  Only short-listed applicants will be contacted
