We are seeking passionate, skilled innovators to drive breakthroughs in our Energy Innovation project.
Your Role As the Training Manager (or Head of Learning & Development), you will lead the design, development, and delivery of educational programs focused on renewable energy technologies, energy efficiency, and energy storage solutions. You will be responsible for creating and implementing training courses and certifications that support client and workforce education, fostering a knowledgeable and skilled talent pool in the renewable energy sector. Overseeing a team of trainers, you will coordinate both virtual and in-person training initiatives and partner with key stakeholders, including energy companies, government bodies, and educational institutions, to expand the reach and impact of energy education.
In this role, your focus on instructional design, client engagement, and program effectiveness will be instrumental in shaping a culture of learning within the organization and the broader industry. Your expertise will help drive continuous improvement in training programs, ensuring they meet evolving industry needs and empower clients and professionals to excel in sustainable energy practices.
Responsibilities Develop and manage training programs on renewable energy technologies, energy efficiency, and energy storage solutions. Create learning materials, courses, and certifications that support client education and workforce development in the renewable energy space. Manage a team of trainers and coordinate both online and offline training programs. Partner with energy companies, government agencies, and institutions to promote and deliver energy-related educational programs. Track and report on the effectiveness of training programs and continuously improve them based on feedback.
