Achieving sales and profitability targets for your store through providing ongoing training, coaching, support, and feedback to the store's Communication Team, putting the customer at the centre of everything you doLeading and maintaining the agreed communications department merchandising standardsEnsuring all Communications Department activities meet compliance and legislative standards, with an emphasis on Safety, including in-store process and incident reportingAbout you You must enjoy working in a casual and fun atmosphere, have proven retail experience and a broad knowledge of TelcoProven customer service experience and background in cash handling, including the use of EFTPOS facilities (preferably electronic POS systems), and the ability to sell retail products and merchandiseYou must be able to work both independently and as part of our consolidated sales team, and have the ability to work under pressure!JB Hi-Fi Limited is an equal opportunity employer committed to providing a work environment that promotes diversity and inclusion.
