Telco Rigging Supervisor

Responsibilities:     Constructing new telecommunications structures, such as towers and monopoles.
Enhancing and upgrading current 4G and 5G network systems.
Performing high-altitude work to install new equipment.
Installing new cables and necessary conduit systems.
Assembling and setting up steel structures.
Ensuring all installations meet technical specifications.
Conducting commissioning and testing of installed hardware, including troubleshooting.
Completing daily reports and handling site-related documentation.
Key Skills:     Minimum of two years' experience in the telecommunications field.
Skilled in managing teams effectively.
Strong English communication abilities.
Highly organized and able to adhere to deadlines.
Demonstrates solid leadership qualities – decisive, assured, and calm.
Proficient in interpreting construction plans.
Knowledgeable about telecommunications equipment and practices.
Competent in using Anritsu for sweep testing.
  You must have:   Full drivers license / HR license desirable.
High Risk Work License – Minimum Basic Rigger (RB), Construction Induction Working at Heights  Tower Rescue  First Aid  CPR  EME Awareness
