Team Global Express is seeking a Telco Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic IT team. In this role, you'll collaborate with Telco providers, IT suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure our telecommunications services run seamlessly and efficiently.Key Responsibilities:Engage with Telco vendors to ensure smooth operations and effective service delivery.Coordinate Telco service procurement, aiming for optimal service value.Identify opportunities for cost optimization and improve Telco service utilization.Lead quality assurance efforts, ensuring service standards are met and issues are addressed.Support the development and enforcement of Telco policies and governance standards.Generate and analyze management reports for Telco services.Conduct monthly reviews of partner billing invoices.Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, IT, or a related field (preferred).Solid understanding of IT and telecommunications principles.Proficiency in data analysis and experience using data tools to transform and interpret data.Skilled in spreadsheets and analytical reporting.ITIL/ITAM certification is a plus.If you are a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a passion for optimizing Telco operations, we would love to hear from you.About Team Global ExpressTeam Global Express (TGE) is an Australian-owned transport and logistics business delivering to Australia and New Zealand.
