Our purpose is to provide culturally safe and affordable accommodation for First Nations people who need to be away from home to access services and economic opportunities.Across its network of hostels, dedicated Aboriginal Hostels Limited (AHL) staff provide accommodation and meals for residents in a supportive environment, assisted by local First Nations service providers and referral agencies. We are proud to be one of the largest employers of First Nations people in the Australian Public Service; First Nations employees make up close to half of our workforce.AHL is looking for a dynamic and skilled EL1 System Administrator for TechOne FMIS to join its finance team. As a pivotal member of the team, you will oversee and maintain the TechOne environment ensuring optimal performance and availability. You will also manage and be responsible for the Accounts Payable functions of the company.Key Duties:Administering the Financial Management Information Systems, including system configuration changes, user access maintenance, upgrades and reporting.Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation, leveraging the full capability of the systems to improve efficiency, accuracy, compliance and decision making.Develop system procedures, policies and documentation to support the administration of TechnologyOne.In consultation with AHL internal stakeholders, develop a finance system roadmap that considers AHL future functionality and capacity requirements and outlines priorities over the short to medium term.Supporting the wider finance team during month end, end of financial year and busy periods.Managing the accounts payable team and its function of the company including end of month accruals and vendor creation.Employment Type: Ongoing - Full Time (75 hours per fortnight)• Ability to salary sacrifice $15,900 per FBT year for mortgage/rent or living expenses.
