About the role This is a new and exciting role, joining our Technology Services team, where you will develop and deliver technology training programs across Bunnings.
As the Technology Trainer, you will build comprehensive training content and also conduct training sessions for new hires to ensure consistent onboarding across the business.
In line with our hybrid working approach, this role will be based out of our Burnley Support Office on a Part Time basis (24 hours per week across Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays).
What's involved: Create clear and engaging training content tailored to the organization's technologyBuild and lead the technology training program for new and existing office-based team members to help with adoption, and to ensure the effective use of technologySupport project adoption by educating team members on new technologies and systemsMaintain the knowledge database for training documentation for Technology Service DeliveryCollaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and gapsProvide hands-on technical support to all office-based team members across the entire business when requiredWho we're looking for: You will be passionate about technology and ideally have a background in training or exposure to the creation or delivery of training. You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal which will enable you to produce and deliver great training content.
You will be confident in being able to facilitate and deliver learning programs via face-to-face as well as virtual platforms. You will have a customer-first approach, with a proactive and positive mindset when delivering training.
You'll need: Previous experience in a similar technical training roleExperience working in a technology support roleExperience building content and conducting presentations, including the creation of digital content and editing videosRelevant tertiary qualifications or similar industry experienceCertificate IV in Training or similar training qualification is desiredWe're here to support you.
