We're seeking a Technology Team Lead to join our team on a full time basis. As a Technology Team Lead at Lumination, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients have a seamless experience with our cutting-edge technology. You will manage the day to day operations of the technology team, drive strategic IT initiatives, and execute on Lumination's immersive technology projects. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in fostering a collaborative team culture, managing key customer relationships, and delivering exceptional technical solutions. With a focus on empowering both our team and clients through innovative tools and strategies, this position offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact on our organisation's success and growth.
A day on the job will see you:Leading and managing the technology team, providing guidance, mentorship and support to ensure the successful delivery of projects and servicesManaging customer support team members to achieve Lumination's Service Level Agreements and team KPIsHandling complex customer escalationsFostering a collaborative and efficient technology team culture, promoting continuous improvement and innovationDeveloping and implementing IT strategies, policies and procedures to align with the organisation's goalsOverseeing the planning, implementation and maintenance of IT infrastructure, systems and applicationsIdentifying and addressing IT-related risks, issues and opportunities to ensure the smooth operation of the organisation's IT environmentContinuous improvement of Lumination's cyber risk and security posture, as per customer and internal assessmentsDeveloping configuration guides for new product upgrades and featuresStaying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and recommend appropriate solutionsProduct research and development.
