As the Technology Finance Systems Team Lead, your primary responsibility will be leading a dedicated team of business and technical specialists.
You will be actively involved in key finance initiatives, optimising solutions while ensuring alignment with enterprise standards.
Your exceptional interpersonal skills will enable you to effectively collaborate with your team and stakeholders.
Additionally, you will take charge of incident management, problem-solving, and continuous improvement initiatives for the Finance Systems portfolio.
* Lead a team of business and technical specialists actively working across key Finance initiatives

* Optimise solutions and engage with business stakeholders
* Lead incident, problem, and continuous improvement initiatives for the Finance Systems portfolio
* Develop and nurture team members through effective people leadership, coaching, and mentoring

* Proven expertise as a Finance Technology Systems Lead or similar role
* Hands-on product solutions experience with PeopleSoft/TM1
* Experience in prioritising work and managing capacity for efficient resource utilisation
* Exceptional interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders
* Proven experience in leading incident management, problem-solving, and continuous improvement initiatives
* Demonstrable experience with people leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills
