If so, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Technology Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis.As a Technology Specialist; Training and Process Improvement, your role will be pivotal in bridging the gap between technology and legal professionals.
You will be responsible for enabling our staff to harness technological advancements, leading to enhanced efficiency, productivity, and top-notch client service.Key areas of responsibility include:Technology training and digital capability enhancementDevelop and deliver comprehensive technology training programs to equip staff with the knowledge and skills needed to leverage digital tools effectively.Identify digital capability gaps within the organisation and design targeted training interventions to address them.Stay abreast of the latest technology trends and advancements to continually enhance training content and delivery.Process improvement and innovationLead continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation, working closely with different departments to streamline processes and optimise workflow.Champion innovation by identifying and implementing new technologies and solutions that drive operational excellence and client satisfaction.Conduct regular process audits to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, proposing and implementing actionable improvements.Project workCollaborate with cross-functional teams on various technology-related projects, ensuring their successful execution and timely completion.Facilitate communication between stakeholders, gather requirements, and provide valuable insights to shape project outcomes.Drive the adoption of technology solutions, ensuring seamless integration into existing workflowsAbout YouTo be successful in this role you will have:Tertiary qualification in Business or related discipline is desirableProven experience in technology training and facilitation within a law firmExtensive knowledge of legal softwares and understanding of general business processes and organisational frameworks, including goals, strategy, culture and structureExperience working with an ERPStrong background in process improvement methodologiesExperience in managing technology-related projects from initiation to completion.Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify and solve complex problems.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.A proactive, innovative mindset with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest technology trends.What We OfferIn return, McCabes will provide you with the opportunity to work with a talented team in a flexible, inclusive, and innovative environment.
