NHP is looking for a Technology Sales Specialist - Automation - to join our Brisbane team, providing specialist technical advice on NHP and Rockwell products and solutions to increase knowledge and utilisation to both internal and external stakeholders.
With a focus on Automation Systems including PLC, PAC, Communications Networks, HMI Devices, Programming and Visualisation Software.
Responsibilities include: Provide specialist technical advice on NHP and Rockwell Automation products and solutionsGain understanding of customer requirements and tailor the solution to showcase NHP & Rockwell value propositionIncrease the product and solutions knowledge to internal/external sales staffBuild & maintain close relationships with key accounts, consultants and local electrical regulators, and satisfy their technical requirementsAccess project specifications and select compliant product to assist estimators to prepare quotationsEnsure CRM is updated regularly to reflect activities & current information on projects and customer contract details and opportunity pipelineActively work with the sales team to come up with strategies to grow market share for specific industries and customersIdeally you will have / be:
An Electrical Engineering degreeStrong Technical background, with an Automation focusExperience in engineering PLC systems and system integrationRockwell Platform experienceThe ability & initiative to solve technical problemsA motivation in SalesStrong analytical skills in market investigations, sales forecasting & market analysisWell established communication skills with the ability to develop relationships with both internal and external stakeholdersA team player with a 'can do' attitude & a willingness to work with a range of different customers and industry typesIn return, we will offer you:
