You will be responsible for the continuous uplift, management, and governance of Angle Finance's workplace technologies, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity.
You will work with business partners and IT teams to plan and deliver improvement projects, mitigate risk, manage cost, and develop staff.
You are accountable for leading and managing:
Relationships with key vendorsWorkplace technology team, including service deskCloud engineering teamCybersecurity teamYour role: Provide leadership to direct reports and wider team as well as be an ambassador for our traits and values.Manage the teams to deliver both exceptional operational quality and efficiency, as well as continuous improvement projects.Manage the overall process to monitor, detect, triage, manage, mitigate, and report on all aspects of IT operational risk.Provide subject matter expertise and technical leadership in the fields of workplace technology (specifically Microsoft O365 and surrounding Azure-based resources), cloud engineering (Azure), and cybersecurity.Provide insight and guidance to senior management and the executive board around incidents, threats and mitigation against them.What you bring: Significant experience in the areas listed and/or a similar role.Ability to work on multiple tasks at any one time, and ability to change direction and respond rapidly to business and market environment.Proactive, confident, data-driven decision making.Applied experience in cloud engineering, workplace technology or service desk management, cyber security practices.Experience in managing, building, and developing teams.Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science is highly desired as well experience in the Finance Services industry.
