About the role We're looking for a Technology Risk Specialist to join Revolut Bank (Australian Entity) to manage projects and collaborate with Technology, Operations, and Product teams. A brilliant problem solver passionate about IT systems, networks, and related technologies.
What you'll be doing Working across the Technology and Product teams to analyse and better understand their risk profile Supporting teams in managing and reducing risk, and designing, implementing, and testing controls Performing risk and control assessments and deep dives within various teams to come up with actionable insights Proactively managing risks to reduce/limit major incidents, breaches, or examples of non-compliance in technology risk Regularly engaging with internal and external stakeholders on the group's IT risk posture Driving effective Incident Management process affecting Australia's business due to technology changes Providing IT risk management consulting to the business Identifying and assessing the impact of technology risk on projects and developing mitigation strategies What you'll need 2+ years of experience in a similar role Knowledge about IT infrastructure (cloud), operations, software, data flows, change control, etc. and the impact of these on risk posture, security, and operational resilience arrangements Knowledge of AU Regulations, such as CPS 234, 235, and 230, and OAIC's Privacy Act The ability to apply knowledge to contribute to the risk discussions related to these products, tools, and processes An understanding of the hierarchy of technology, operations, and security policies The ability to adapt messages based on the audience and expectations while interacting with key stakeholders Providing key rationale for incidents and documenting lessons learnt The ability to perform control testing as needed Experience with external audits and regulatory reviews Nice to have Relevant industry-recognised certifications, such as CISA or CISM Proficiency in SQL and/or Python Building a global financial super app isn't enough.
