Technology Project Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced IT Technology Project Manager with experience in deploying/upgrading on-premise Microsoft Sharepoint to Online Sharepoint to join their team. You will be responsible for planning, overseeing and leading the project from inception through to completion. This opportunity will be a 6+ month contract based in the Northwestern suburbs of Melbourne and further details can be found below.

Project Overview:
Migration of On-Premise SharePoint 2013 to SharePoint Online,Transferring all documents from sites in On-Premise SharePoint 2013 Server to SharePoint Online,Migration Planning covering migration strategy, architectural and technical oversight,Migration of legacy workflows to Power Automate and re-creation of InfoPath forms in PowerApps.
Experience Required:
Project Management qualifications mandatory (Prince2, PMBOK, PMP, AIPM, CPPP)5+ years experience of IT Project Management within complex organisations (Tier 1 or 2)Excellent stakeholder management skills and be able to work with a varied number and type of stakeholders from across the businessExperience in managing vendors as part of the projects deliveryExperience in migrating from Sharepoint on premise to Sharepoint OnlinePotential to work on hardware replacement projectsM365 experience will be highly regarded.
Additionally, the successful candidate should also possess high levels of the following skills to perform well in the role:Written and verbal communication skillsHighly organised, able to prioritise work and run multiple projects simultaneously while working autonomously or collaborativelyLeadership skillsAttention to detailConflict resolution skillsA quality control mindset.
