Reporting to the Technology Area Manager, the Onboarding Supervisor is accountable for leading and supporting the recruitment, onboarding, and development of new Machine Control Guidance Technicians and apprentices rotating through the Technology Department. This position plays a pivotal role by providing initial training plans, onboarding process management, and ensuring effective new starter experiences by coaching, mentoring, and training personnel.
The Onboarding Supervisor will liaise with other WesTrac departments such as People & Culture, Learning & Development, Information Services (IT), and the greater Technology Operations team to ensure an understanding of demand as well as effective delivery on commitments.
Roster: Monday to Friday, 10.5 Hrs (Permanent Full-Time)
