Our client, a dynamic and growing company in the building industry, is looking to hire their first dedicated IT professional to formalize IT policy, procedures, systems, as well as to enhance and deliver new technology solutions.
As a highly motivated IT expert passionate about making technology work for users, you will bring experience in process improvement, automation, and general IT management. This role is crucial for building and optimizing processes, maintaining/automating applications, systems, and infrastructure, and ensuring business as usual (BAU) operations.
The business is forecast to double in size over the next 1-2 years, so you get to be a crucial creator of the way in which IT and Tech is setup and scaled effectively.
Key Responsibilities: Optimize company processes using current applications - in particular ClickUp.Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions.Collaborate with department heads to understand requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.IT Management of hardware, software, systems, networks etc.Data security and compliance with relevant regulations.Coordinate with external vendors and service providers as needed.Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery.Experience & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.Process improvement, IT management, and software implementation.Strong knowledge of Google Workspace and ClickUp or similar project management tools.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and training skills.Experience in managing projects and coordinating with external vendors.Preferred Qualifications: Certification in project management.Experience in a fast-growing company or start-up environment.Familiarity with data security regulations and compliance standards.To be considered for the role click the 'apply' button or for more information about this and other opportunities please contact Wayne Slattery on 03 8680 4203 or email: ****** and quote the above job reference number.
