About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Technology Leader - Lending Platforms to join our Technology & Transformation team at Australia's leading mutual bank. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead a talented group who are dedicated to maintaining and enhancing our lending and Enterprise Content Management (ECM) platforms. Your technical leadership will be crucial in guiding the design, deployment, and continuous improvement of member-centric solutions that elevate the banking experience for both our members and employees. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure that our offerings are reliable, scalable, and aligned with strategic business objectives.
This will include:
Managing and driving development of the Lending & ECM team
Providing expert guidance on operational activities and integration projects.
Working with architects and stakeholders to deliver secure Lending & ECM solutions
Leading production changes, ensuring adherence to ITIL standards
Collaborating with across teams to ensure seamless integration of Lending & ECM platforms.
Defining testing strategies and conducting solution reviews to ensure high-quality deliveries.
You will be required to oversee and occasionally participate in an on-call schedule with appropriate compensation provided.
About you
You have proven leadership experience in IT operations with a solid track record of guiding teams to deliver complex software development and system configuration projects. Your strong collaboration skills will be essential to ensure you successfully work closely with Technical Leads.
We also seek:
A thorough understanding of personal and residential lending processes within a financial institution
Experience configuring or managing a Loan Origination System (LOS)
Knowledge of third-party platform integrations
Familiarity with Enterprise Content Management (ECM) platforms
