Ansell is looking for a Technology Lead, HR Applications to join our team in Krakow. What your role will be? Create technical specifications and related design documents for new application enhancements.Be responsible for software version control, including deployment of code to production environment.Coordinate identification and timely resolution of production systems problems.Create test scripts and test plans for system integration testing for application deployment.Maintain technical documentation related to system capabilities, enhancements, etc.Ensure effective integration of HR applications with third party solutions/suppliers.Maintain Global HR application security and ensure data security/privacy compliance based on required standards.Perform Unit and System various testing.Contribute to the technical documentation library for projects and system changes for HRIT projects, create Wiki's and How-to Guides.What will you bring to Ansell? Experience with Oracle HR Suite of Business Software: implementing and supporting Oracle EBS R12 HCM and/or Oracle Cloud HCM, including data conversion and interoperability.Proficiency in PL/SQL development, Java, and Python, with experience in BI Publisher, OTBI reporting, and developing Fast Formulas.Ability to write TCC scripts and integrate Oracle Taleo with other applications.HCM Functional Support: experience in configuring and supporting Core HR, Employee Self Service, Manager Self Service, Salary Management, Workforce Compensation, and HR Data Security.Testing and Quality Assurance: unit and integration testing, enforce code quality, and ensure bug-free implementations.Understanding of Oracle Fusion Middleware, Oracle OIC, and maintaining interfaces with external applications.Effective communication, problem-solving and analytical skills with ability to work with business users and technical teams in a fast-paced environment.Languages: Fluent English (written & oral), any other language a plus.Strong alignment with Ansell Values: Passion, Reliable, Integrity, Deliver, Empowerment.This role requires strong organization, time management multi-tasking abilities with attention to details.Join us to lead the world to a safer future, apply today!
