The role will focus on providing legal counsel and strategic guidance on licensing and policy requirements related to supply chain and trade commodity compliance matters.
You will also advise on compliance with customs regulations across APAC jurisdictions, product safety standards, and new regulatory frameworks impacting supply chain operations.
Key Requirements Have at least 8 years PQE ideally gained from top or mid-tier law firms or in-house (with strong legal training).Be experienced in trade compliance, technology, commodities experience, logistics advisory work, supply chain, and end-user commodities would be relevant and helpful.Any background in Procurement would also bode favourably.Strong knowledge of sanctions, international trade laws, and APAC regulatory environments.Expertise in product compliance, including safety and conformity requirements for hardware.Proven ability to manage complex cross-border import/export operations, including prototype and bespoke manufacturing equipment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
