The Technology Engagement Partner Role is a newly created opportunity in our Delivery Enablement team based at our Central Park site.
Within this role, you will be responsible for engaging across Synergy and TBS, building relationships, developing partnerships, and gathering insights that support the delivery of successful business outcomes powered by technology.
This role works closely with the Technology Engagement Lead to collect and analyse business insights, to support informed decision-making, better business planning & strategic prioritisation, and visibility of pipelines of work to a 5-year horizon.
Job Responsibilities: Collect business insights by building strong and trusting relationships, engaging and partnering with specific stakeholders across various Synergy business units (your 'Partner BUs'), to support informed decision making, better business planning & strategic prioritisation, and visibility of pipelines of work to a 5-year horizon. Document and analyse business insight data from Partner BU's to support effective triaging of potential work. Support your Partner BUs to explore and define requirements, to determine and articulate technology needs. Identify value-add technology solutions and improvements to support continuous improvement opportunities across Synergy. Identify process improvement opportunities and undertake process engineering initiatives that support better business planning & strategic prioritisation. Profile Description: Bachelor's level degree in a relevant discipline, or equivalent practical experience and certifications in information technology, business analysis and/or organisational strategy. Significant experience in information and communication technology project delivery, business analysis, business partnering and/or account management. Experience in an information and communications technology team, and experience in at least one other professional discipline (outside of technology). Experience in workshop facilitation.
