We deliver secure electricity to homes and businesses throughout the Southwest Interconnected System (SWIS) from Coral Bay in the north, to Kalgoorlie in the east, and to Esperance in the south.
The Technology Engagement Lead Role is a newly created opportunity in our Delivery Enablement team based at our Central Park site.
Within this role you will be responsible for leading a team focused on engaging across Synergy, to build relationships, develop partnerships and gather insights that support successful technology-driven business outcomes.
The role will look to develop strong & successful partnerships between Technology and Business Services (TBS) and Synergy's various business units, and foster a culture of social value, innovation & performance.
Job Responsibilities:Lead a range of practices, activities and initiatives that support better connection to, and engagement with, TBS's game plan.Lead a service offering on behalf of TBS that improves digital user experiences and utilisation of modern workplace technologies, to uplift organisational maturity and improve return on investment.Lead and participate in the collection of business insights, by building strong and trusting relationships, engaging, and partnering with stakeholders across Synergy and within TBS, to support informed decision making, better business planning & strategic prioritisation, and visibility of pipelines of work to a 5-year horizon.Lead the successful delivery of TBS events that support engagement, recognition, connection, community, capability uplift and celebration.Identify and report on emerging business trends and insights regarding modern workplace technologies, while also identifying process improvement opportunities and leading process engineering initiatives, to support better business planning and strategic priorities.Profile Description:Extensive experience in a relationship-focused professional role such as leadership, digital optimisation, or human resources.Significant experience in identifying, designing, and implementing (with a view to sustaining) impactful initiatives and associated artefacts, that align to organisational strategy and deliver high value business outcomes.Experience with the collection and analysis of business insights, to support proactive business partnering with a diverse range of stakeholders.Demonstrated success in developing and maintaining strong business relationships that support the delivery of strategic business outcomes.Experience in the energy sector and/or in an information and communications technology team is desirable.We Offer:Working for an employer of choice also means you will enjoy:
