Technology Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Business Analyst with expertise in SharePoint documentation and Azure IAM Entra ID integration.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in document management solution through SharePoint, technical documentation, system integration, and identity and access management.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for SharePoint redesign.Analyse and translate business requirements into technical specifications for SharePoint as a documentation solution.Integrate Azure IAM (Entra ID) with various systems to streamline identity and access management.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration and documentation accuracy.Identify and troubleshoot issues related to SharePoint and Azure IAM integrations.Provide technical support and training to stakeholders on documentation and integration processes.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst or similar role.Strong proficiency in SharePoint and Azure IAM (Entra ID).Excellent documentation skills with attention to detail.Experience in system integration and identity/access management.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.Preferred QualificationsCertification in Azure or relevant technologies.Experience with other Microsoft 365 services and tools.Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
