We're looking for an experienced Technical Business Analyst to work within the core banking tribe. You'll have experience operating in a complex environment with profound knowledge of business developments and IT and tooling solutions, within the Core Banking domain. You'll be responsible for ensuring business requirements are clearly interpreted into language that is easily understood by a technical audience and close engagement with business SMEs, internal and external stakeholders.
You'll be a self-starter and a natural problem solver, who likes to engage and develop strong partnership with all areas of the business. This is the perfect role for someone who has an exceptional client focused attitude combined with analytical skills and result oriented strategic thinking.
What You'll Do… Interpret Architecture designs to help design effective solutions.Provide technical designs for the build components.Technical problem-solving across projects, teams, and functions.Coaching and quality control of application implementations including code, integrations, and defect resolution in a variety of technologies.Plan and conduct workshops to define technical requirements based on business needs.Assist in handling and escalating critical incidents and problems, using judgement to resolve them within SLAs.What We're Looking For… 7+ years' experience as a Business Analyst – process analysis, requirements and detailed functional design.4+ years' experience working on large-scale Core Banking Transformation or Lending Transformation programs.Demonstrated technical skills in translating business needs into actionable user stories and documentation meaningful to both business stakeholders and developers.Experience working in an Agile or hybrid (Agile/Waterfall) environment.Exceptional core banking system and process knowledge.Ability to define business processes that need to be developed or automated to allow the use of the new or updated systems to be used by the businesses.Ability to create, modify (existing) or identify changes to process flows of the new or updated systems, together with feature engineers, technical leads, and architects.What's in it for you?
