About the Organisation We are currently supporting a well-regarded Big 4 Australian bank to source an experienced Technology Audit Manager.

About the Role As a Technology Audit Manager within the Internal Audit (IA) team, you will play a vital role in maintaining an independent and robust third line function within the three lines of defence (3LOD) governance model.
This role sits within the Technology and Data & Automation (TDA) team, which assesses risk management across technology, data, and automation.
What You'll Do Your role will focus on executing and leading audit engagements related to technology, data, and automation, ensuring risk management and controls are fit for purpose.
You'll: Execute audits aligned with the annual Audit Plan.
Review business processes, focusing on technology and data controls.
Evaluate and recommend improvements for risk mitigation and control frameworks.
Collaborate with global teams, leveraging your stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Contribute to the growth and capability of the Internal Audit function.
What You'll Bring To excel in this role, you should bring: Experience auditing IT controls, with a focus on areas like technology risk management, IT service management, data security, cyber operations, and identity/access management.
Proven ability to deliver high-quality assurance work across technical domains, often in complex or ambiguous environments.
Familiarity with data analysis techniques to enhance audit efficiency.
Strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders.
Internal/external audit experience or a background in digital/transformation risk.
Experience in auditing cloud environments and CI/CD pipelines is advantageous.
