Collaborate with national support teams to provide vital support to content makers in Darwin and regional NT locations.Reporting to the local Technology Services Manager, you will deliver high quality support to ABC users and programs while ensuring content continuity. You will also assist with project installations, commissioning and supporting new and upcoming systems and technical equipment.You will work with a diverse array of technology systems, including video and audio production, IP networking, Videa and Audio over IP, desktop and server computing, satellite and radio frequency equipment.About YouYou have several years experience in a technical role, with good communication skills, a strong client focus, and a passion for technology. You come from a background in Broadcast Technology, Telecommunications, ICT, or related technical vocation.You're a quick learner and are eager to apply your skills to varied tasks. You're a team player and enjoy learning new and emerging technologies.To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate capability in technical support functions, including troubleshooting, fault resolution, maintenance, upgrades, installation and operations.
