Join a small local team of experienced technologists, and work in a rapidly changing and complex technical environment with opportunity to learn and develop. Collaborate with national support teams to provide vital support to content makers in Darwin and regional NT locations.
Reporting to the local Technology Services Manager, you will deliver high quality support to ABC users and programs while ensuring broadcast continuity. You will also assist with project work, installing and supporting new and upcoming systems and technical equipment.
About You
This is a great opportunity for a good communicator with a strong client focus, and a passion for technology, with a background in Broadcast Technology, Telecommunications, ICT, or related technical vocation. To be successful in this role you will be able to demonstrate a proficient capability in technical support functions, including troubleshooting, fault resolution, maintenance, upgrades, installation and operations. The role also requires good organisation and problem-solving skills, with the natural ability to manage priorities to complete tasks before deadlines. You're a team player and enjoy learning new and emerging technologies.
