Techno-Economic Specialist: Clean Energy Technologies (ERP)Appointment will be at Level E: ProfessorBased in the Future Industries Institute at the Mawson Lakes campusFull-time, 3 year fixed term contractAbout the Role
As a leading expert with an international reputation in research related to techno-economic analysis of clean energy technologies, the Professor will make a distinguished contribution to academic and industry-engaged research projects with the Future Industries Institute. The Professor will enhance the research profile of FII through the development of a program of high impact and collaborative research, supported by competitive research grant funding. Their areas of focus will include, but not be limited to, techno-economic and life cycle analysis related to emerging clean energy technologies. The appointee shall exemplify an outstanding level of performance and will continue to make major and innovative contributions to research which are recognised nationally and internationally.
The position is a joint academic appointment between UniSA and French academic partner IMT Atlantique.
With French-Australian collaboration important to a broad range of emergent technologies, the new Professor of Clean Energy Technologies will be based at UniSA but will cooperate intensively with, including visits to, IMT Atlantique in France, fostering staff and student exchange and driving innovation interchange between industry and academia in both countries.
