About The Role We are looking for multiple Telecommunications or Electronics Technicians to assist with the installation and maintenance of telecommunications systems. In this role, you will combine your technical experience with strong customer service to provide timely response to equipment issues. You don't need to have prior experience working with critical communications technologies or on mine or industrial sites: we offer comprehensive training and support, so you can work safely to fault find and repair equipment.

The role will include the following tasks:
Design and configure IP networks Repair, maintain and install radio communication, CCTV systems and wireless networks Fault identification and repair Conduct RF active and passive site surveys Respond to equipment issues and problem solve to achieve positive outcomes in a timely manner Assist with commissioning and start-up of new installations Liaise with vendors, suppliers, engineers and site-based resources as required Work with engineering and project teams to develop technical solutions for clients Work both in an office environment, and onsite with our customers and partners. About You To be successful in this role, you will enjoy working in a team environment and demonstrate a strong and professional commitment to safe work practices. Prior experience in the installation and maintenance or service of communications, sensing/telemetry or similar electronics systems is highly regarded. Requirements Essential Criteria
Cert III or IV in Telecommunications or Electronics Structured thinking and sound analytical skills in fault-finding and problem solving Positive attitude, highly self motivated with good attention to detail Demonstrated ability to follow instructions, work with minimal supervision and collaboratively within a team Excellent communication and customer service skills Valid Australian manual C class drivers licence and ability to travel as required Desirable - considered favourably
Demonstrated experience in the installation, maintenance and fault identification of digital radio systems Experience in IP network technologies, configuration and fault identification Initial response first aid certificate (or higher) Working at Heights (high risk license with EWP over 11m), and in Enclosed Spaces Cisco qualifications Rajant certification or experience ACMA OPEN Licence (including structured, coaxial, optic fibre endorsements) Defence experience desirable Reports To : Operations Manager

Salary package : $150k-$200k (depending on experience) includes superannuation, generous income protection insurance and wellness vouchers.
