About the role As the Technician Team Leader for Medequip Assistive Technologies, you will ensure that the right product, in the right condition is delivered and installed to the service user in an appropriate and caring manner within the specified time frame to the agreed specification and to the agreed performance, qualitative and financial targets.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Log monthly mileage on the relevant spreadsheets and attend daily management meetings and contracts meetings.Carry out mandatory vehicle checks.Ensure technicians are striving to complete all jobs in time in full.Work with customer services and ensure technicians are taking out the set minimum amount of jobs.Understand and demonstrate the correct functionality and safe installation of items.Identify and report immediately any perceived safeguarding issues to your line manager/SHEQ.Ensure all relevant forms are completed for any vehicle accidents.Meet or exceed set KPI's daily and prioritise workload accordingly.Ensure technicians are adhering to timeslots/emergencies and liaising with service users if there is going to be a delay or if problems arise.Lead by example at all times and work with other team leaders and management colleagues.About you Above all, you will identify and align with our company values:
