The role As a result of our continued growth we are looking for an experienced industrial refrigeration technician to expand our team. This is an exciting and challenging opportunity for the right person.
Based in Brisbane and reporting to the service manager, we are looking for a person who is self-motivated and reliable. Someone who is flexible in their outlook, creative and can think outside the square to keep jobs running smoothly.
Key responsibilities include: Carry out planned and unplanned service & maintenance on industrial refrigeration systemsAccurate and timely completion of required paperwork related to work performedFostering and maintaining professional working relationships with our customersComply with all site safety, company and statutory policies and procedures at all timesActively participate in all company facilitated training and service meetings as requiredApplicants are required to possess: Be a qualified or experienced Refrigeration MechanicPossess a current valid driver's licencePossess a current ARC licencePossess a current Restricted Electrical licenceTo be successful for this role ideally you will have: Previous experience in industrial refrigerationStrong work ethicGood presentationExcellent written and verbal skillsProven experience to work individually and in a teamAbility to take directionAbility to work without supervisionWillingness to work flexible hours, manage time and meet deadlinesAmmonia experience preferred but not essentialPositive and proactive approach to safetyWe offer: A competitive pay rate, including fully maintained vehicle, uniform, mobile phone and PPE vest.
You will be employed under our registered Enterprise Agreement which can be found on the Fair Work Australia Website.
