The Technician Production Operations G3 (Temporary) for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for setting up and operating automatic or semiautomatic machines and related equipment in a continuous production/processing operation.This position is part of the Production Operations department located in Lismeehan, O'Callaghan's Mills, Co. Clare and will be based onsite. If you thrive in a fast paced and supporting role and want to work to build a world class Production Operations organization — read on.In this role, you will have the opportunity to:Role Specific:Operate equipment when training has been completed.Maintain equipment in a condition necessary to operate at its optimum.Comply with cleaning procedure for equipment and machinery.Fill and/or label products as per Training plan.Pack and label Kits.Prepare of packing components for Kits.Kit/Vial Inspection as required.General:Ensure that all Operations are performed to comply with Good Manufacturing Practices and Quality System Regulations.Comply and co-operate with any changes to processes, machinery layout, production techniques, new equipment and processes.Maintain neat and accurate records, logs and documents as required.Understand and follow through on all relevant procedures and ensure compliance.Comply with Set Housekeeping rules within the Department.Comply with the Dress Code Regulations.Comply with all Environmental and Health and Safety regulations.Train other Personnel in any aspect of Job Function as required.The essential requirements of the job include:Leaving CertificateIt would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:Previous manufacturing experience is an advantageHours of work:Monday to Thursday 4pm to 2am.At Danaher we bring together science, technology and operational capabilities to accelerate the real-life impact of tomorrow's science and technology.
