We are now seeking fully qualified Technicians for our Tweed Mazda NSW dealership.
What the role entails: Carrying out vehicle repairs and/or maintenance as per repair orders and diagnosing problem jobs Carrying out diagnosis on vehicles to a high standard, reporting findings correctly with use of Triage program for visibility to the customer and warranty compliance Ongoing factory and company training and opportunities for growth and progression Following repair instructions and warranty process consistently Take care with use of all workshop tools and equipment and returning them to their correct place Consistently have a positive attitude and work well in a team environment where team culture is the key ingredient to our collective results Brand specific technical pathway on offer to further your career and future opportunities What we are looking for: Automotive Technician/Mechanic Certificate III NSW trade licence essential Exposure to dealership environment an advantage, however not essential Strong communication skills and legible handwriting Current manual drivers licence Take pride in your work by producing high quality workmanship Enjoy a supportive environment where everyone is passionate about their work and values a positive atmosphere The benefits of working with us: Monthly individual performance-based bonus  Quarterly recognition for high achievers with gift vouchers and ultimate annual award night Great employee benefits, including discounts with our partners Bupa and Samsung, plus free Titans home game tickets Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Quarterly and annual awards and recognition for high achievers Discounts on vehicles, parts and servicing available to you and family.
