Technician

Job Responsibilities Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on plant machinery and equipment Monitor plant operations and troubleshoot issues as they arise Perform inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment status Collaborate with other team members to improve plant efficiency and safety Adhere to safety protocols and environmental regulations Plant startups and shutdowns Customer communication Qualifications
Trade Qualification (Mechanical, Instrument or Electrical tradesman) Proven experience as a Plant Technician or in a similar role Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Familiarity with plant machinery and maintenance practices High mechanical aptitude Other Requirements
