About this opportunity:Due to continued growth in our company, we are looking for a motivated HVAC Technician to join the team in our Sunshine Coast branch.This opportunity will give you autonomy and challenge you to do what you do best on a variety of HVAC equipment across our commercial and retail sites.
At the same time, you will have the opportunity to continue to develop your technical and leadership skills.Work Life balance and flexibility is a key value at JCI.Be well supported with our internal remote tech support and structured trainingYou will be responsible for systems repair and maintenance including:Preventative and routine maintenanceMaintaining a wide range of equipment, primarily focusing on one of our retail sites with Split Ducted and PAC units, as well as AHUs and Chiller.Fault finding, breakdown repair, small do and charge / quoted works on the HVAC equipment.Assistance to the broader team on HVAC upgrades, installs and tenant fit out works across the commercial and retail sites.Quoting of repair works and small unit changeoutsAbout you:Experience maintaining, repairing and fault finding on DX systems and HVAC equipment.
Time spent on installation and commissioning of this equipment, as well as maintaining chillers / central plant favourable, but not a necessity.
Refrigeration license with restricted electrical required, along with QBCC mechanical services occupational licence.
2 years + working as a qualified technician on similar commercial, retail or industrial sites.
