About the roleWe are delighted to announce that we are on the lookout for an experienced HcD Technicianto join our Central West NSW team based in Cobar, NSW. Therole will operate on an 8 days on 6 days off roster. Accommodation and meals will be provided on site during rostered days on.
What you will bringMinimum 3 years' experience maintaining mobile/fixed plant;Previous underground operating experience;Demonstrated experience working as an Auto Electrician, Fitter or Farm Machinery maintenance;Previous exposure to Orica systems and processes (desirable);Ability to effectively lead and train small groups; (desirable);Effective communication skills, written and verbal;Sound knowledge of good operational practices and regulatory requirements;Sound knowledge of the mining industry (desirable);Ability to work unsupervised.Our commitment:Orica promotes and fosters a culture of inclusion and Equal Opportunity Employment everywhere we operate.
