We are looking for talented Field Service Diesel Mechanics to join our team in the Hunter region.
Based at our Muswellbrook branch, our team specialises in Heavy Vehicle service, repairs and maintenance across high horsepower mining and industrial applications.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: · Deliver a first-class service to our mining customers as a travelling Field Service Technician · Perform breakdown and preventative tasks · Deliver support for our new Tier 4 HHP engines, the most advanced HHP product on the market following fully Cummins technical training To be successful in this role you will need the following: · Relevant trade qualification (Plant or Heavy Commercial Vehicle/Heavy Diesel) · A valid drivers license · Experience as a Diesel Mechanic in the service and maintenance of heavy diesel products, mining equipment, engines and similar applications is preferred Compensation and Benefits · Competitive above award hourly rate + mine site allowance paid as a permanent salary · Overtime penalties for all work above standard Monday Friday 38-hour work week · $5,000 sign on bonus (Conditions apply) · Relocation assistance offered from anywhere in Australia · Tool of Trade Vehicle provided · Participation in an annual Bonus program and annual remuneration review · Salary continuance insurance · Discounts with select private health insurance, PC software/hardware and a range of vehicles · Safety equipment / PPE provided, and Uniforms provided and laundered To view our additional benefits, click here - At Cummins, we are an equal opportunity employer dedicated to diversity in the workplace.
