Technician - Field Service

The Opportunity

As a Field Service Technician, you will be required to travel to customer sites predominately across Newcastle and the Hunter Region to provide competent and efficient service, maintenance, and repair of Komatsu customer equipment.

This role will work semi-autonomously and will have to manage and take responsibility for their workload and scheduling of jobs.

The position will be required to work Monday - Friday between 7:00am and 3:06pm, and regular overtime will be available.
The Role Machine servicing, diagnostics, and repairs.Produce machine condition and technical reports.Managing incoming and outgoing Rental machines in accordance with Rental SLA.Ability to demonstrate an appropriate level of technical understanding of the design & function of Komatsu equipment.Ensuring quality of work is aligned with Komatsu documentation and specifications.Workmanship is completed to a professional standard and in a timely manner. #J-18808-Ljbffr
