Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide clear direction and guidance to team members. Ability to interpret technical drawings and manuals. Proficiency in utilizing diagnostic tools and equipment. Demonstrated leadership potential with the desire to progress into a management role.
